Prior to entering a CFF competition, you must agree to the following conditions:

• A fencer must purchase his/her CFF licence before the competition entry will be accepted.
   
• If the fencer (or registrant) is unsure of the events to be entered, the fencer's coach should be consulted. Once submitted, entry fees will only be refunded for medical reasons.
   
• The Technical Director must be advised of any medical infirmity by the appropriate deadline. Written proof of medical infirmity, including the mailing address of the fencer, must be received by the CFF office at:

  before entry fees will be refunded. Refunds will be sent out within 4 weeks of receipt of the medical note. If no note is received, no refund will be provided.
   
• It is the fencer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the registration before submitting payment. Spelling errors or choice of incorrect club will not be corrected by the CFF unless written communication is received from the fencer's provincial registrar.
   
• If a fencer wishes to add additional event(s) after submitting a competition registration, an additional registration fee as well as the appropriate entry fee will be assessed. If additional events are added after the entry deadline, the appropriate penalties will be assessed.
   
• CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SUBMIT PAYMENT!

• Si vous faite partie de cette liste (les 16 premier sur le classement HP Junior ou les 8 premier sur le classement HP Cadet ou avoir réussi un standard CT cette saison a date du 15 novembre. 2006) vous pouvez vous inscrire, et votre place sera garanti, avant le 29 novembre 2006 à 23h00 Heure Normale de l'Est.

  Après cette date les inscriptions seront ouvertes et seulement ceux qui figurent parmi les 30 premiers inscrits (incluant les pré inscriptions), par arme, pourront participer. Les inscriptions doivent se faire sur SPORG au plus tard 23h59 (HNP) du 22 décembre 2006. AUCUNE INSCRIPTION TARDIVE NE SERA ACCEPTÉE.

  If you are on this list (top 16 on the HP Junior Rankings or top 8 on the HP Cadet Ranking or have met a CT standard this season as of November 15, 2006) and you register before 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on November 29, 2006, your participation will be guaranteed.

  After this date the registrations will be open and only the first 30 registrations (including the pre-registrations), per weapon, will be allowed to fence. Registration deadline is 11:59 PM (PST), December 22, 2006.  NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
